What is the Advanced Ordering System (AOS)?

This software will integrate with your Aloha POS System and allow users to take orders for future dates. You can use Aloha to capture all of the order details. The user then uses the AOS to save the order to the specified future date. The AOS will then automatically replace the order in Aloha on the date and time specified.

Key Points

Daily detail: The AOS can print high level and detailed build list for all advanced orders for each day. Tracking: The AOS allows the end user to preview and print all future orders by date. The AOS will also allow the end user to keep track of all deposits made against each order.

Future Dates: No limit as to how far out on the date you can go.

Deposits: Use AOS to take deposits; based on your configuration, for all future orders.

Order Changes: You can use Aloha to change or edit any order as it might change over time.

Configurable: Among the many features that can configured by the end user: Earliest / Latest Order Ready times, User Definable Fields, Preset Deposit Amounts by Percentage or Minimal Deposit, a Manual Deposit Option.

Customer Database: The customer database will allow for easy recall of regular patron information such as name, address, payment method, etc.

Who Can Use the AOS?

Any user of Aloha that would like to take orders from customers for future dates via the telephone or at the counter. You may also consider using this with any order that is faxed to the store. This may also be used in the catering environment.
