Club Systems Group Interface
The Aloha Interface with Club Systems Group allows the Aloha Membership file to built automatically from Club systems, plus provides a daily sales export. Details on each process is provided below.
- Aloha Daily Sales Export to Club Systems Group
- This program generates data files per the "Standard Interface File Specifications" developed by Club Systems Group.
- The program runs once daily and generates a group of files to be placed in a directory specified in an INI file that is used by Club Systems Group.
- The program is activated by Aloha, via the WinHook.bat facility, thus allowing the data files to be generated daily and automatically with no user intervention. The files will contain daily sales information based on member accounts and a member tender (Aloha must be configured with a member tender for this to work), including the Check Total, Tax, and Gratuity of each check.
- Club Systems to Aloha Member Import
- This program allow the Aloha Member file to be created from a file provided by Club Systems Group, per the "Standard Interface File Specifications"
- The program output is the Aloha Member file. The Aloha system will need to be refreshed before the new member data can be used.
- The program is activated by the WinHook.bat facility.
