6	Accessing the Rental System from Aloha Rental System runs on any/all Aloha Terminals Access the Rental System directly from Aloha, via a sub-menu button Touching the “Status of Pool Tables” button activates the Room Display (next slide)
7	Rental System Room Display Shows the Status of each item in the room (available, busy, on hold) NEXT button shows other rooms Use HOLD/REL to reserve/release a table To Start Rental, Touch Available Item
8	Start Rental 1 – Select Rate If item is configured for more than 1 Rate, you must select the desired rate at the start of the rental. This step is not required for items with only 1 rate.
9	Start Rental 2 – Enter # of Players If the Selected Rate allows for a range of players, enter the number of players. This step is only required for Rates that are based on the number of players
10	Start Rental 3 – Confirm Players Before Starting the Rental, you can enter player names (by touching the name field) The ADD PLAYER button is available if the Selected Rate permits
11	Rental Started – Aloha Check / Lights ON The system can be configured to create a named Aloha check (as shown) at the start of the Rental, or can use an existing check The Pool Table Light is turned on automatically at the start of the Rental
12	Item Status The Status of each rented item can be checked at any time from the Room Display Players can be added (if permitted by the Rate Type) Players can be transferred to a different Items If a player decides to leave, touch the ACTIVE status to mark the player as IN-ACTIVE
13	Transfer 1 – Select Players You can move any or all players from one item to another. Select the players to transfer or touch MARK ALL to move all players
14	Transfer 2 – Select Receiving Item To complete the Transfer, select the item which will get the players The current item is not shown; items that don’t have room for more players aren’t shown Use the NEXT button to select items in another room.
15	Transfer 3 – Player Transferred When a player is transferred to a new item, the player’s fees from the previous item are also transferred. The player’s fees follow the player.
16	Complete Rental 1 The Rental Fee is split between the players, based on player’s start time To complete the Rental, touch the COMPLETE RENTAL button.
17	Complete Rental 2 The Aloha Check is updated with the Player Fees The Pool Table Light is turned OFF
