Technical FAQs: Aloha Print Extensions
PROBLEM: Gratuity is not being displayed on any Guest Checks or Credit Card Vouchers.
REASON: Tip suggestions have not been enabled.
Solution: Select 'Print Tip Suggestions on Check' and 'Print Tip Suggestions on Voucher' in Print Extensions configuration program. Save the changes and perform and Aloha Refresh.
PROBLEM: Gratuity is not being displayed on any Guest Checks or Credit Card Vouchers.
POSSIBLE REASON: Pint Extension dll's have not been successfully registered on the FOH terminals.
Solution: From each FOH terminal, open a command prompt and navigate to the Aloha\BIN directory. Enter the following command: regsvr32 TipCalc.dll and hit enter. Then enter the following command: regsvr32 InterceptPrinting.dll and hit enter. Reboot the terminal.
